Safe Environment Information

It is our priority to keep our youth and parishioners safe. All Saint Monica volunteers will need to receive a Safe Environment Clearance, which involves various state and federal background checks, as well as a SAFE Environment training session.

Committee Information

Facilities Advisory Committee

The Facilities Advisory Committee, made up of members with personal and professional experience in engineering, project management, and construction, offers guidance to help the pastor steward parish resources. The committee meets on an as-needed basis. 

Committee Members: Mike Cappelletti, Jack Martin, Tom McGurk, Father Paul O'Donnell, Mike Wallace (Director of Facilities Management - ex officio), and Tom Phillips (Director of Parish Operations - ex officio.)

Council Information

Parish Finance Council

The Parish Finance Council advises the Pastor on the stewardship of temporal resources in order to advance the mission of the parish and the broader Church. They assist in the creation of the yearly budget, approve significant expenditures and projects, and manage the parish investment strategy. Individuals from both financial and non-financial professional backgrounds are appointed for terms of three years. 

Current council members: Matt Nolan (Chair), Mike Bradley, Bradley Kelly, Kathleen Lukes, Tom McGurk, Tom Moriarty, Lisa Ondich, Pat Scanlon, Andy Signore, Jim Sinnott, and Joseph Robinson.

Parish Priorities

We went through a comprehensive evaluation to form priorities for our parish moving forward. After prayerful discernment, we’ve determined three parish priorities:

  • Engagement: Nurturing a Vibrant and Welcoming Parish Community

  • Formation: Encouraging Faith Formation through Accompaniment and Programming

  • Service: Fostering Missionary Discipleship through Service.
